Cocktail Recipes

Kir Royale
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Crème de cassis
- Champagne
- 1 fresh or frozen blackberry
Method
- Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of a champagne flute.
- Top with chilled champagne and garnish with the fresh or frozen blackberry.
Rhubarb Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 50ml White Rum
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Rhubarb Cordial
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Give it a good shake
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated rhubarb peel
Rocksalt Martini
Ingredients
- 50ml Tequila
- 25ml Cointreau
- 25ml Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- Dash of Orange Juice
- Salt for serving on the rim of the glass, a lime wedge and two martini olives
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker full of ice. Add the Tequila, lime juice and orange juice. Close, seal and shake until very cold.
- Salt the rim of a martini glass.
- Pour the martini into the glass and serve with a wedge of lime and a few olives on a cocktail pick.
Blackberry Bramble
Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 3/4 tbsp Sugar Syrup
- Ice Cubes
- Crushed Ice
- 3/4tbsp Creme de Mure
- 1 Lemon Slice and if in season, a blackberry to serve.
Method
- Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shakerwith a good handful of ice cubes then strain into a glass full of crushed ice.
- Drizzle the creme de mure over the top so it bleeds into the drink.
- Garnish with the lemon slice and blackberry, if using.
